- Eye Care Program: Exams and glasses provided free of charge to people who can not otherwise afford this care.
- Elementary School Eye Screenings conducted at all local schools. We also help other clubs in the area.
- Alliance Lions Club helps the local Salvation Army during the Christmas Season by maning the kettles located at local businesses.
- Every year we dip ice cream and serve snow cones at Carnation Days in the Park, our local annual festival. Great fun and creates opportunities for us to connect with our community.
- Our annual major fundraiser: We sell roses around the greater Alliance area to the public at a fair price of $20/delivered. A good time to reconnect with people.
