Anacortes Lions Club was honored to receive an award from the Sons of the American Revolution for Flag Recognition, presented by Mike Hutchins to Lions Club Flag Chairman, Joe Kantor and some of the flag crew that put up and take down the flags for eight holidays each year.  The Anacortes Lions were happy to accept this recognition on behalf of the nearly 200 businesses who fund this project, with proceeds providing vision, hearing and other local community services.  Congratulations, Anacortes!

Part of the crew that put up the flags every holiday join in for the celebration!
