Farmersville Exhibition

The Lions Club of Athens presents the 43rd Annual Farmersville Exhibition July 19th (eve), 20th, and 21st, 2024.

Athens, Ontario - Centennial Park and Centre 76.

                                     

  • Vintage Tractors, Trucks, Machinery, Cars, and Motorcycles on display
  • Feature tractor: International Harvester
  • Vendors and Crafters
  • Live Music on Friday ~8:30-11:30pm;Saturday ~12-3pm, ~3-6pm, and ~7-10pm; Sunday 12-3pm and ~3-5pm
  • Not happening in 2024 - Helicopter Rides
  • Children's Amusements
  • Pony Rides - if not too hot
  • Chainsaw Carving 
  • Western Games / Horse events / Wagon rides (Saturday)
  • Beer and alcohol in the Pavilion (Beer Tent) as well as pop and water
  • Shriner's are serving breakfast at the Pavilion ($$) Saturday and Sunday - open to the public when the gates are open
  • Tentative - Saturday evening - Chicken dinner in the Pavilion ($$ ticket with admission bracelet) limited quantity of tickets

Friday :

  • Canteen will be open ~4-10pm
    • Change for this year - cold items will be just outside the rink while cooked items will be served at / near the Pavilion
  • Truck Pull Registration - all Drivers must be registered by 5:45pm (G)  Drivers- please register between 4-5:30pm.
  • Grounds open to the public at 5:30pm - get a weekend pass for best value!
  • Truck Pull - ~6pm start on the Track (G)
  • Exhibitor Registration will be open at the Pavilion (driveway side) 6-8pm
  • Live Country Music at the Pavilion - ~8:30-11:30pm (D)

​Saturday :

  • Shriner's Breakfast available in the Pavilion [$] 7-10:30am (D)
  • Grounds open to the public at 9am
  • Exhibitor Registration will be open at the Pavilion (driveway side) 9am-4pm
  • Vendors and Crafters in the Rink 9am-5pm(Q)
  • Western Games in the Corral 9-11am (B)
  • Canteen will be open ~10am-4pm
    • Change for this year - cold items will be just outside the rink while cooked items will be served at / near the Pavilion
  • Tentative - Pony Rides after the Western Games - weather permitting (B)
  • Tentative - Wagon rides by horse drawn wagon - 11am-3pm - around the grounds
  • Children's Amusements in the ball diamond 10am-4pm (I)
  • Vintage Tractor Pull Registration - 1st Class (3500 and under) must be registered by 10:30am (G)
  • Vintage Tractor Pull - 11am start on the Track (G)
    • Change for this year - starting 1 hour earlier
  • Peddle Tractor Pull for the kids on the Track - after the 3500 Class (G)
    • Registration will be done off track. Location and time forthcoming.
  • Live Country Music at the Pavilion - ~12-3pm (D)
  • Live Music at the Pavilion - ~3-6pm (D)
  • Tentative - Chicken Dinner [$] in the Pavilion / take away ~5-7pm (D) - limited quantities! Tickets will be available in the Pavilion Friday and Saturday.
  • Live Music Saturday night at the Pavilion - ~7-10pm (D)

Sunday :

  • Shriner's Breakfast available in the Pavilion [$] 7-10:30 am (D)
  • Grounds open to the public at 9am
  • Exhibitor Registration will be open at the Pavilion (driveway side) 10am-3pm
  • Vendors and Crafters in the Rink 10am - 3pm
  • Canteen will be open ~10am-end of the show
    • Change for this year - cold items will be just outside the rink while cooked items will be served at / near the Pavilion
  • Children's Amusements in the ball diamond ~10am-4pm (I)
  • Lawnmower Pull show / followed by local pulls - 10am start (G)
  • Horse Draw - 11am start in the Corral (B)
  • Live Music at the Pavilion - ~12-3pm (D)
  • Announcements / Draws at the Pavilion ~3pm - Lions Milk Draw!
  • Live Country Music at the Pavilion - ~3-5 pm (D)
