• Capacity: Up to 100 people in the hall.
• Additional space: Outside grounds and park area are available.
• Food & beverages: You may bring your own food and beverages, including alcohol, as long as you comply with applicable licenses, permits, insurance, and laws if alcohol is being sold.
• Amenities:
  • Bar and bar stools
  • Approximately 13–14 banquet tables and chairs
  • Warming Kitchen
    • Food preparation area used solely for storing, reheating and plating food.
    • Food can be heated in slow cookers (not provided) or in the oven .
  • 1 refrigerator & 1 freezer
  • Oven w/burners
  • Microwave
  • Ice machine
  • Wi-Fi
  • Smart TV
  • Bluetooth speaker system

Costs & payment

• Rental fee: $300 per day
• The $300 rental fee is due 2 weeks before the event.
• Security deposit: $100, required along with the completed and signed Rental Agreement to hold your date.

  • Venmo: @BBV-LionsClub

Cancellation & security deposit

The $100 security deposit is refundable under either of these circumstances:

1. You cancel more than 7 days before the event, or
2. You complete the event and leave the facility in the required condition, according to the Rental Deposit Requirements form.

Access to the hall

You are responsible for contacting the venue during the week of your event to obtain the key-code access information.
