We are pleased to announce the return of our 'Welcome to the Hinterland' Dinner event this year after having to cancel this event in 2020 due to COVID-19.

This will be our 6th ‘Welcome to the Hinterland’ Dinner and all new residents of the communities of Montville, Flaxton, Mapleton, Kureelpa, Dulong and surrounds over recent years are invited to come along.

This is a great opportunity for new residents to come along and meet other new residents, representatives from some of our local community organisations, some of your local businesspeople, enjoy a great meal, and be informed by guest speakers from our communities. Diners will have great company and lots of fun.

When:     Wednesday 20th October 2021 - 6.00 for 7:00pm – (Canapés from 6:15)

Where:    Flaxton Gardens - 313 Flaxton Drive, Flaxton

Cost:        $50.00/person (Dress Code: Smart Casual) – ‘house’ beers and wines $8 each

Canapés and a delicious 2 course meal will be served by Flaxton Gardens and there will be raffle prizes generously donated by our local sponsors – raffle tickets will be sold on the night.

Tickets to this dinner are limited and will be issued on a “first in” basis. Bookings will close on 12th October OR earlier if tickets sell out. To avoid disappointment, please book early.

To purchase tickets by a bank transfer (EFT) please down load the attached Ticket Request Form to get our bank details, make your payment transfer and then click on this link to create a draft "Request for Tickets" email. Please be sure to add your details in the spaces provided and to attach a copy of your proof of payment before you send the email off to us. On receipt of your Ticket Request email (and your deposit) we will send you your e-Ticket(s) for you to print out and bring to the dinner.

You may also purchase tickets by down loading and printing the attached Ticket Request Form and taking your completed form along to the Montville Post Office or to the Mapleton Post Office where they will take your completed form and issue you with your ticket(s) for the dinner.

 

 
COVID-19 Disclosure:
Should this event have to be cancelled due to Governement Covid Measures before 13
th October, all Ticket moneys will be refunded!
