Digital Image Resources for the Aged Project

Collection of Eye Glasses & Hearing Aids for Re-cycling 

Used Eye Glasses and Hearing aids, We collect and recycle them using Sight and Hearing volunteer professionals, to benefit under-priviledged in remote aboriginal lands and in  neighbouring countries. These items can be brought to our monthly Garage Sale or for local collection, ring Bob 0407 716 928

Collection of postage stamps (New & Used)

If you wish to aid our "Stamp Collection" of used stamps, cut them from the envelopes (leave a 3mm border around the stamps) and deliver to our shed - these are sorted and sold to raise funds in order to donate Walking Aids through the "Lions Mobility Foundation" and  NOVITA to disabled children. Collection Bin alongside the Glasses bin in the Shed.

Hearing dogs have transformed the lives of hundreds of Australians and given their owners the opportunity to become more independent and are loyal companions for many years.

Youth of the Year

For young people between the ages of 16 and 19 year at June 30 2020, are eligible to enter the Youth of the Year Quest.

The Quest is a prestigious event for young people, giving them an  unequalled opportunity to experience an interview situation - in a friendly atmosphere - and a change to practice their public speaking skills.

Lions Peace Poster Competition

This is an international Art competition aimed at upper Primary and Junior Secondary Students who can enter a Themed Poster Competition Judged locally, State-wide, Nationally then Internationally.
