Lions Club Building Use Policy
The following is a list of the rules for the use of the Cleveland Lions Club, located at 106 W. Cemetery Street, Cleveland, NC 27013.
No Smoking is allowed in the Building.
No Alcoholic Beverages are allowed inside or on the premises. Anyone violating this policy will lose their deposit (see below) and will not be allowed future use of the building. This includes all visitors!
The building will be left clean with the following items completed:
Dinning area floor should be swept and mopped if necessary.
Kitchen floor should be swept and mopped.
Bathrooms should be clean and garbage emptied.
All garbage must be removed from the premises.
All tables must be left up and clean. Same as when rented.
The stove and fans in the kitchen will be turned off.
Failure to leave the building clean will result in the forfeiture of part or all of the deposit.
All guests (including children) must stay in the building so as not to disturb the neighbors.
All parties must end by 11:00 pm on weeknights (Sunday thru Thursday) and 1 am on Friday and Saturday. Noise complaints resulting in police contacting the Lions club member will result in eviction and a loss of deposit.
Fee for use of the building will be $100.00 per day with a $100.00 deposit. (Total of $200) The deposit will be due at the time the reservation is made. Reservations will NOT be made for less than one week in advance.
Fee for use of the building for Holiday’s will be $150.00 per day with a $100.00 deposit. (Total of $250) Holiday’s are defined as New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter weekend, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Reservation cancellations must be made at least one week in advance of the date to receive a full refund of the deposit.
