Our projects essentially revolve around fund raising to improve the lives of individuals and/or to help organisations in their mission.
Our main fund raising projects are Quiz nights, the Town Bonfire and the Christmas Sleigh collections.
In addition we do support local fetes with the Human Fruit Machine or a bowling game.
The Lions year runs from 1st July to the end of June. Last year, in addition to donating gift boxes for the shoebox appeal focusing on Belarus, we made donations of over £10,000 to a variety of causes. This money is, of course, a result of the generosity of the local community of Godalming and villages.

We also support projects and disasters at home and abroad. These include:

- Haiti earthquake appeal
- Shoe boxes to Belarus
- Lions Eye Camps
- LIBRA
- Lions Water Aid
We also collect old spectacles to send out to Lions Eye Camps

Our quiz held on 19th May raised in £1,030 towards Flood Relief for the northern regions of the UK. Thank you for evryone who took part.
