The Ipswich Lions regret that the always popular Fall event, Ipswich Chowderfest, will be postponed until October 2022. President Bob Sinclair announced the postponement due to the pressures and inconveniences on local restaurants as they recover from the pandemic.

This would have been the 25th annual Chowderfest, postponed from 2020, due to COVID protocols. The Lions receive support from many local enterprises to present this popular annual event, enjoyed by many each year. Photos below are of the 2019 Chowderfest.
Meanwhile the Lions continue to collect used eyeglasses and are presently helping  a local youngster with eye care needs.
The Lions will be holding raffles in coming months for our annual scholarships.
