The La Grange Noon Lions Club participates in many projects both in the local community and in District 2-S5. Some of the Local Projects Include:

1. The Lions Kid Sight USA Vision Screening Program

2. A Spring Meal held each year to raise money for local scholarships.

3. Sponsorship of an Adopt a Highway Litter Control for 2 miles on US Highway 77 North near the Fayette County Fairgrounds.

4.Sponsorship of the LaGrange area flag program where over 200 flags are displayed at supporting residences and business on Predietns Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day..

5. Contributions are made regularly to local organizations including theLa Grange Backpack Program, CASA, Habitat for Humanity,  Deputy Santa, and support for numerous other community needs.

6.Sponsorships are made every year for local students to participate in Boys and Girls State Events.

7.Having a food drive each year to support to the local AMEN Food Pantry as well as Presley's Pantry for children with cancer.

The La Grange Noon Lions Club also participates and contributes to projects in District 2-S5, including:

1. The Texas Lions Camp

2. Lions World Services for the Blind

3. The Leader Dog Program

4. Diabetes Awareness Program

5. Eyeglasses Collection Program

6. Lone Star Lions Eye Bank
