Lakeview Lions Club ANNUAL GOLF OUTING
Saturday, May 31st, 2025,
1:00 PM REGISTRATION / 2:00 PM TEE-TIME Brookside Golf Course, Gowen
GOLF TEAM REGISTRATION FORM:
Come join us for eighteen challenging holes of golf, and a meal: consisting of your choice of grilled hamburger or brat, with cold salads, dessert, and cold drink. The fun starts with a 2:00pm tee-time. A golf cart is provided for every two golfers.
Up to fifteen teams that play during the tournament:

● The first-place team of the day is awarded a prize of $400.00.

● There will be three blind drawings of $100.00 each.
o If sixteen or more teams play during the tournament, then an additional blind drawing of $100.00 will be awarded.
The total cost per golfer is $70.00 for the entire day of fun!

Programs include sight, hearing, and speech conservation, diabetes awareness, youth outreach, environmental issues, international relations, and many other programs.
The Lakeview Lions Club focus is to be a service organization to raise money for worthy
causes. All funds raised by our club from the public are used for charitable purposes.
MEMBERSHIP: We actively seek new members. Come check us out! Attendance at meetings is encouraged, but not mandatory.
MEETING SCHEDULE:
The meetings are held on Wednesday nights at 6:00 PM, McKenna’s Village Restaurant, Lakeview. November thru March, 2nd Wednesday
April thru October, 2nd and 4th Wednesday
SERVICE PROJECTS: We plan and participate in a wide variety of service projects that meet the local, state
and international needs of all our communities.
