Using the Pediavision Spot Screener Madison County Lions members screen the sight of students in the Madison County Schools, Head Start and the Early Learning Center

Madison Lions sponsor the annual "Madison Award" presented to the resident who is the face of volunteerism in the community during the year.

At the Taste of the Mountain Festival and at other community events we screen the adults using the Lions Sight and Hearing Van

Throughout the year, we collect used, discarded prescription eye glasses at various locations in Madison for recycling.

Our Annual Community Calendar Sale is held each March and proceeds are used to fund vision screening equipment, eyeglasses and other Club projects.

Our members donate food monthly to the MESA Food Pantry

Madison Lions assist the Madison Chamber of Commerce by acting as Marshalls for the Taste of the Mountain Street Festival. 

The Madison Lions chartered Madison Boy Scout Troop 45 about 50 years ago. Lions provide some financial support to the troop. The Lions are represented on the troop committee.
