Honoring Servant Leaders

True leadership is not defined by a title or position—it’s about serving others to achieve common goals. A leader recognizes a need, creates a plan to address it, and works with others to make it a reality. Leadership is about intentional action to give back, not about personal recognition.

At the Midlothian Lions Club, we believe that leadership is best embodied through servant leadership. This concept is not about a pyramid with the leader at the top; rather, it’s an inverted pyramid, where the leader’s strength and influence support and uplift others. Servant leadership means empowering others to reach their full potential and work toward achieving the collective goals of the community.

Since our founding on May 8, 1946, the members of the Midlothian Lions Club have selflessly devoted their time, energy, and resources to making our community a better place for everyone. This page is dedicated to honoring our charter members, past presidents, distinguished.Lions and all those who have given so much to the Midlothian community through their servant leadership.

Thank you for your unwavering commitment and service!
