Mowrystown Lions Club History

District 13-OH6

With guidance and encouragement from Lion Charlie Newland, Lion Jay Newland and our neighboring Lions in Leesburg, Hillsboro, Mt. Orab, and Washington Court House, the Mowrystown Lions Club was chartered June 4, 2013. The Hillsboro Lions Club was our sponsor. We had 35 charter members. 

We are a small town club still growing. Our dedicated Lions faithfully serve in various capacities. We have been blessed by the outstanding support of our community over the years. 

Our club meetings are held at

Mona Lisa's Restaurant, 12 South High Street, Mowrystown

  on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Join us as we serve to make our community a better place.
