New Albany Housing Authority Back to School Bash
July 24, 2025
Participated at the New Albany Housing Authority Back to School Bash providing vision screening for school-age children. Seventy-one individuals were screened and twenty-one received vouchers for no-cost vision exams at an optometrist and eye glasses if needed. Free sunglasses were provided.
St. Mark's Kids Health Fair
July 12, 2025
Club volunteers participated in the St. Mark's UCC Kids Health Fair by provided free vision screening. Forty-one children were seen. Thirteen received vouchers from the club for free exams by an optometrist and eye glasses if needed. All who were screened also received free sunglasses.
Floyd County Library Community and Health Fair
June 18, 2025
Participated in the Floyd County Library Community and Health Fair event. Information was distributed about the club's program of free eye exams and glasses for qualified individuals.

St. Marks Health Fair
February 22, 2025
Coordinated the vision component of the annual St. Mark’s UCC Health Fair. One hundred and fifty-five adults and children were seen, one hundred and nineteen individuals were provided with onsite free glass or vouchers for a free eye exam and glasses at an optical office, and thirty-seven received free readers.
