Our Signature Service project:

During the Fall Semester of 2016 volunteer Lions visited 36 Comal County Campuses and screened the vision of over 6000 children.  Of those screened, over 300 were screened using the new "Spot Scope" a revolution in vision testing.  Over 350 were found to have possible vision problems and were referred to the school nurse for possible further referral to a physician.  To accomplish this project a total of 465 Lion-days were required.  Our 2017  project kicks off with our first campus visit on Tuesday, August 29, 2017.
