Introducing Kyoto, the new puppy being socialized by Chloe Harvell for the Guide Dog Program. Thyme and Jakota have both graduated. Kyoto will be with Chloe for the next months. The Richmond Lions Club helps defray the costs of feeding and raising Kyoto while with the Harvell family.
