The next meeting will be held on Thursday, February 19th at 6pm at Messiah United Methodist Church, 30 South Penn Street. Parking and the entrance are in the rear of the building. The cost of the meal will be $15.00 per person. Reservations need to be made by responding to this email by February 16th. Please bring the exact cost of the meal in cash or a check made payable to - The Shippensburg Lions Club.

President’s message:

Hello Fellow Lions –Happy February, 2026!! Will we have an early spring or 6 more weeks of winter?  Only the Groundhog knows…..

Looking back at the month of January we had our normal club meeting on Thursday January 15th with a good lasagna meal prepared by Lion Lisa Kemp. We recognized 6 Student of the Months for the months of November, December, and January and we heard a presentation from representatives from Citrus Grove Apartments.

The month of February brings our normal club meeting on Thursday February 19th where we will have Zone Chair Ron Garman as our guest that evening. We’ll have a taco meal w/ all the fixings and dessert for dinner followed by our normal program.
