PANCAKE BREAKFAST/SILENT AUCTION
The top ticket sellers for our Pancake Breakfast were Lions Ted Takala and Jim Kimlinger. There were a number of Lions tied for third place. The Lions that had the greatest financial impact on our Silent Auction were Lions Roberta Schiel, Ted Takala, John and Geri Hotz, and Dan and Sue Halsey. Great job everyone!
DARRELL AWARD AND THANK YOU
Our prestigious Darrell Award was presented to Lion Geri Hotz for the month of May for the outstanding job she did chairing our Silent Auction. We also need to thank Lion Glen Farb’s crew that helped out on Habitat for Humanity in May. They were Lions Steve Ludwig and Mark Redemske.
NEW MEMBER INCENTIVE
At our May 22nd General Membership Meeting we approved a new membership incentive that will waive the initiation fee for new members, as well as the cost of their meals for one year. They will only pay $13 per month for their Lions dues. Now we need to go out and find new members.
