- PDG Jim Walker was honored with a Lions International Lifetime Membership by the Unionville LIons Club.
- Nine Lions hold the Melvin Jones Fellowship: John Farrar, BettyHinson, Jerry Hinson, Doris Outen, Edith Ross, Arlie Rushing, Doris Rushing, Jim Walker, and Rachel Walker.
- PDG Jim Walker was honored by the club with a First Progressive Melvin Jones Award in 2009. He received a Second Progressive Melvin Jones in 2011. Rachel Walker received a First Progressive Melvin Jones in 2011.
- Six Lions hold the Jack Stickley Fellowship: John Farrar, Betty Hinson, Doris Outen, Arlie Rushing, Jim Walker, and Rachel Walker, with Lion Jerry Hinson holding a Second Progressive Jack Stickley Fellowship.
- Seven Lions hold the William L. Woolard Partner-in-Service Award: Gary Balfe, Jim Black, Ron Cutler, Bill Ross, Jim Walker, Rachel Walker, and Michael Wilfong.
- Thirty-one Lions have a lifetime membership with the North Carolina Lions, Inc.
