The Clarence Renfrow Scholarship is presented annually to graduating West Plains High School seniors.  

Through Lions Recycle for Sight program, eyeglasses are collected, cleaned, sorted, and redistributed. Locations to leave your eyeglasses in locally in West Plains are Vision Xpress, Hart Family Eyecare, Ream Optometry, and Walmart Vision Center.
