Join the SOLA (Special Olympics Los Angeles) Lions Club for an informative and meaningful in-person meeting featuring guest speakers Rachel Estuar and Rita Murray from National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Whittier. Our guests will share an overview of NAMI’s mission and local Whittier-area resources supporting individuals and families affected by mental health conditions. NAMI provides free education programs, peer and family support groups, advocacy, and community awareness initiatives—all with the goal of ending stigma and promoting recovery. This evening is open to members and guests who care about mental health, inclusion, and community well-being. Attendees will also receive information about an upcoming NAMI community event on February 28, 2026, happening right here in Whittier. Happy Hour is in effect until 7:00 PM. Members and guests may order (or not) at their discretion from the menu.
