The Fuller Brush Company

The Gastonia Evening Lions Club has entered into a fund-raising distributorship with the Fuller Brush Company to sell a wide variety of cleaning products. In exchange, the club receives a percentage of each product sold. The proceeds goes to programs and services supported by the Gastonia Lions, such as our Humanitarian-White Cane campaign that supports the North Carolina Lions Foundation. All you have to do is visit our Gastonia Evening-Fuller Brush Web site, browse the items in their vast catalog of cleaning products, and purchase what you want. Your purchase is shipped directly to you. Each purchase helps the Lions.

Recycling Programs

The Gastonia Evening Lions Club collects old eyeglasses, printer ink cartridges and cell phones for recycling. Each year, club members collected hundreds of pairs of eyeglasses and turn them into the North Carolina Lions Foundation who send them to recycling centers for redistribution around the world. Ink cartridges are sent to a recycling center and in turn the NCLF receives money for the Foundation's programs. Old cell phones are donated to the Battered Women's Shelter where they are distributed for clients to use in case of an emergency. You can donate eyeglasses, ink cartridges or cell phone at the Gastonia Police Department, 200 E. Long Avenue, Gastonia. For information, contact:
