The Wednesday noon Los Gatos Lions Club is now meeting in person. The meetings will be held at 12 PM to 1:30 PM, at the Los Gatos Lodge. 50 Los Gatos-Saratoga Road, Los Gatos 95032
February 14, 2024: Student Speakers contest. This year's topic is, "For a Better World- What Would You Change?" This is the local club 1st level contest. The winner continues on to Lions District and continues up the Lions jurisdictions. The winners earn money toward scholarship for college.
February 21, 2024: Program presentation is by Graham Gomez, retired Army Sergeant First Class. Graham served in the Army from 1983 to 2005. During that time he served combat tours in Iraq, somalia and bosnia-Herzegovina. He trained as an Intelligence Analyst and later became an instructor. Graham was also deployed to Vietman for recovery of US MIA remains.
February 28, 2024: Former Mayor of San Jose, Sam Liccardo and now Candidate for: 2024 United States House of Representatives elections in California on November 5th. He is running for the Silicon Valley House seat held for nearly three decades by Democratic Rep. Anna Eshoo. Sam is a resident of Saratoga and he served as the 65th Mayor of San Jose from 2015 to 2023.

March 14, 2024: Los Gatos High School Principal, Kevin Buchanan. This will be Kevin's last year as principal as he has announced that he will be stepping down after this school term. He will review his tenure and his future plans.
March 20, 2024: Steve Chen, Lions member and current LGSHUSD Board member, will talk about his recent Safari adventures.
March 27, 2024: Holly Cormier and Michael Chen are speaking about the Saratoga Center for Wildlife Care.
April 3, 2024: Paul Johnson, Superintendent for the Los Gatos Union School Dristrict, Fisher and elementary schools, will be the guest speaker.

April 17, 2024: Norma Lucía Piña Hernández, is a Mexican lawyer, educator, and President of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation since January 2, 2023, being the first woman ever to hold that position. She's been a member of the Supreme Court since 1 December 2015, replacing Olga Sánchez Cordero. Born: 1960 (age 63 years), Mexico City, Mexico. Education: Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, BENM - Benemérita Escuela Nacional de Maestros.
April 24, 2024: Beverly Perez, Vector control, Santa Clara County, Community Resource Specialist. Beverly is the Media contact person for the County News Center | Office of Communications and Public Affairs.

May 8, 2024: Steve Leonardis, City of Monte Sereno Mayor. Steve will speak on the Community Litter Removal Program. "Together We Can Keep Our city Pretty".
