On Saturday June 4th 2011 at the Nationwide races at the Chicagoland Speedway the Manhattan Lions worked under the direction of Homes 4 Hero's. This organization remodels homes for disabled veterans doing such things as lowering kitchen cabinets for vets in wheelchairs.

Every race fan encountered liked the Lions services of hand sanitizer and other 1st aid items. Duck tape went over well with the ladies as they were taking some back to the camp sites to silence their husbands and/or boyfriends.
