At the 2023 Lemon Bay High School Scholarship Night, the Englewood Lions Club presented $1000 scholarships to two graduating seniors of Lemon Bay High School: Hannah Barrios and Jadyn Wilson. The Englewood Lions Club was chartered in 1952 in Englewood Florida, alongside beautiful Lemon Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.  Our year-round members are joined during the winter season by Lions from northern states who value our warm weather and sunshine as well as our Lions hospitality.  We are always looking for additional members who would like to work on projects for the betterment of our community.

We have meetings in our clubhouse, the Eldred Dixon Hall located at 4611 Placida Road, starting with dinner at 6:00 PM.  Guests are welcome. Visit once, you are a guest; visit twice, you are a friend; visit more, we might ask you to work on one of our projects.

Our meetings are (usually) the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, with a catered dinner at 6pm, and a club meeting following.  Please call 941-698-7508 a few days in advance to confirm the next meeting's date and time.  Visitors and Lion guests are always welcome!
