FROM THE PRESIDENT:

Greetings Lions,

The January 26 meeting was canceled due to extremely cold weather.  The forecast was a low of -3 with a high of 5 degrees.  For the health and safety of our members, the meeting was canceled.

The Valentine’s dinner meeting will be on February 9. Come with your sweetheart and enjoy a great meal and entertainment.

      Appetizers 6:30 pm             Dinner 7:00 pm.

The annual Fish Fry dinner at the Eastern High School Cafeteria will be on February 23, serving time 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm.   Please sign up for a  short work session if you haven’t already been assigned a work time. Enjoy the fun we have in supporting this project. I have been asked by the Fish Fry committee to remind everyone that even though we work at the Fish Fry dinner, we are all supposed to pay for our meals. The committee cannot afford to lose $15 a person that works at the Fish Fry.
