➢ Keep Entebbe clean JULY 2023

➢ Installation of new Club Officers

➢ Conduct the first Club Meeting and handover

➢ Have a meeting to approve Club Budget and Year Planner.

➢ Conduct the first activities of the year (Keep Entebbe green), Orientation and fellowship

➢ Purchase 2 Banners and 2Pullups

➢ Order Peace Poster Contest kits through the DG – Buy the Kit

➢ Hand over the trophy and a gift to the peace poster girl.

➢ Visit Mayor about the children’s park. ➢ Keep Entebbe clean

➢ Visit the Mayor Over the Children’s park AUGUST 2023

➢ Pay District and international Half year Dues

➢ Organize a Leo’s event at Divine Esthetics Vocational and Business Institute & Entebbe sss.

➢ Conduct club meetings and activities and hold fellowship

➢ Organize final orientation for the club officers

➢ Attend Zone meetings as per the zone chairperson plan.

➢ Construction of the elderly home.

➢ Keep Entebbe clean SEPTEMBER 2023

➢ Submit 2022/23 audited accounts to the Cabinet Treasurer

➢ Organize Youth Mobile Library Event on World Literacy Day of Sept 8th

➢ Conduct club meetings and activities and hold fellowship as always twice a month.

➢ inter-club activities to commemorate the World Service Week (6th – 12th) Keep Entebbe clean

➢ Conduct club meetings and activities and hold fellowship ➢ Participate in a District Event to mark the World Service Day on October 8 th (Goat Roasting .Venue will be chosen by members.

➢ Handover of white canes to commemorate the World White Cane Safety Day on October 15th.Vist the blind in any blind school and Donate.

➢ Organise a hunger relief/food security activity on October 16th World Food Day e.g. at any orphanage, Hospitals visit an elderly or Disadvantaged that will be chosen by members.

➢ Select entries for Peace Poster Contest and screen for submission

➢ Organise medical camp to observe the World Sight Day

➢ Keep Entebbe clean NOVEMBER 2023

➢ Organise District Governor’s visit and fellowship.
