ABOUT OUR FOUNDATION:
The Rising Sun Lions Club FOUNDATION, Inc. was organized and incorporated for Charitable Purposes, within the State of Maryland, on October 19, 2020 and was approved by the IRS as a 501(c)3 Public Charity (EIN 85-4218129), effective October 21, 2020.
Donations made to our Foundation ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE to the extent permitted by the IRS and by Regulations as defined in IRS Publication 526.
HOW TO MAKE TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS:

Upon receipt and subsequent clearing of your donation check, we will provide you with a Foundation Letter to confirm receipt of your tax-deductible donation.
