Sixty-Five Years of Service!

Lions serve. It’s that simple. Our club is a place where together, we to give our time and efforts toward improving our community and the world.  We focus on health and well-being initiatives, supporting those in need through humanitarian services.

The Westport Lions Club was chartered on November 16, 1961.  Its first meeting, held at Jean’s Farm in North Westport, featured the induction of 38 members.  Our members come from wide range of work backgrounds and skill sets.  What we have in common is that we work to change lives in ways both great and small. Service is a personal journey that impacts both the people serving and the people we serve.

We Are Looking For You!

We are looking for new members to join the Westport Lions Club.  As a Lion, you directly impact our local community, build a network of lasting friendships with like-minded individuals, and develop valuable leadership and professional skills.

Members actively identify and address unique local needs, focusing heavily on core causes like vision screening, hearing and speech support, diabetes awareness, hunger relief, childhood cancer, and the environment.
