Denton Lions Cub Club
This special no-cost program is designed for elementary and middle school aged children where all public, private, and home schoolers are welcome. It is designed to teach them the joy of volunteering and help them develop a lifelong dedication to helping those in need. Cubs don’t need to be related to a Lions member to participate — they just need to be ready to help and have fun.
The Cub Club also provides opportunities for leadership in the club such as cub-president, secretary, and more. The program is designed to be what the kids want it to be. They can attend meetings, join cub leadership, help plan events, or just participate in cub club service projects when available. If you are interested in learning more about the Lions Cub Club Program, you can visit the Lions Club International website or you can follow the Denton Lions Cub Club on social media.
How to Join
To join, just fill out the Cub Club Application below and send it to cubclub@dentonlions.org. Once your application is received, you will start receiving e-mails about meetings and upcoming service projects at the provided email of your choice. We will always have blank service learning forms on hand at our service projects, but below is a fillable version of the form that can be pre-filled before events for convenience. All the Lions Cub Club projects are pre-approved as they are sponsored by the Denton Lions Club, a Caroline County Public School Service Learning Partner. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at cubclub@dentonlions.org.
